From the great Acharya AchuthaPanicker, who had taught the great Tippu Sultan himself, the knowledge in Kalaripayattu, Ayurveda and Marma treatment has passed on through 5 generations to the legendary Mahacharya V.K.Madhava Panicker (Founder of VKM Kalari). And from him, to his son V. K. Mohandas Gurukkal. Now, his descendants V.K. Dileep and V.K. Darshan continue the legacy of their heritage with traditional treatment
